Who we are
Just Speak Management House is a speaker management and speaker training company based in Georgia, in the United States. It is operated by 521 Capitol LLC. In this policy, "Just Speak," "we," "us," and "our" mean Just Speak Management House, and "the site" means justspeakhouse.com and its pages, including the speaker login.
We keep this simple: we collect only what we need to reply to you and serve the speakers we work with, and we do not sell your information.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Kickoff call requests. Your name, email address, and phone number if you provide it; the service you are interested in; whether you are a speaker, event planner, or organization; and anything you choose to tell us about your speaking.
- Emails and calls. Anything you send to [email protected] or share with us by phone or video call.
- Speaker accounts. If you are a speaker on our roster, the email address you use to sign in, and the information you share with us in the course of our work together, such as your talks, fees, availability, travel preferences, and event details.
Information collected automatically
- Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting and security provider records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you request, and the date and time. We use it to keep the site running, secure, and free of abuse.
- Cookies. We use only the cookies needed for the site to work and for secure sign-in to the speaker login. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.
How we use your information
- To reply to your request and schedule your kickoff call
- To provide our speaker management and workshop services, including booking, travel, event logistics, and reporting
- To operate, secure, and improve the site
- To send you messages related to your request or our work together
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations and to protect our rights
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it or share it for targeted advertising.
How we share your information
We share information only as needed to do the work:
- Service providers who host the site, deliver email, and help us run our business, under terms that limit their use of your information to serving us.
- Event partners, with a speaker's direction. When we represent a speaker, we share the details needed to book and run an event, such as availability, fees, a bio, and travel details, with event planners, hosts, and travel providers.
- Legal reasons. When the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Just Speak, our speakers, or others.
- Business changes. If our business is reorganized, merged, or sold, information may transfer as part of that change, subject to this policy.
How long we keep it
We keep kickoff call requests for as long as needed to follow up and, if we do not end up working together, for no more than two years. We keep information about speakers we represent for the length of our relationship and afterward as needed for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. Technical logs are kept only briefly by our hosting provider. When we no longer need information, we delete it or de-identify it.
How we protect it
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and sign-in by one-time email code in place of passwords. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take the protection of your information seriously.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you and give you a copy
- Correct information that is wrong
- Delete your information, unless we need to keep it for legal or contractual reasons
- Stop sending you messages
To make a request, email [email protected]. We may need to confirm your identity first. We will respond within the time the law requires, and in any case within 45 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy law. We will not treat you differently for using any of these rights. Because we do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising, there is nothing to opt out of; we also honor Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out request where the law requires.
Children
The site is meant for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Visitors outside the United States
We are based in the United States, and the information we collect is stored and processed here. If you contact us from another country, you understand that your information will be handled in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live.
Links to other sites
The site may link to websites we do not control. Their own privacy policies govern how they handle your information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services change. We will post the new version here and change the date at the top. If we make a significant change, we will take reasonable steps to let you know.
